Hello,

I am interested in keeping show birds (more like show chickens) but I live in a suburban neighborhood in Phoenix and I was wondering if there are any laws or regulations out there that someone would need to be aware of? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

OK. I have a tomcat (named Tom) that is acting different. He's sleeping in my closet and going in tight places. He might be checking out new places, but I doubt it. He's been being like this from about 3 months. I might be over-reacting,but I dont know........thank you........

My dog was attacked by a bigger dog on Aug. 17. She came home from the vet on Aug. 24. She's got a few open wounds from drains they had to put in. She's on antibiotics and pain meds. I have to do daily wound care which consists of spraying her wounds with peroxide. This morning I noticed that one of her wounds has some greenish/yellow drainage. Does this mean that it's infected? Can I do anything to treat it myself or should I contact her doctor? Thanks.

I have a Miniature Schanuazer. He is 2 years old and I train him for Agility. I train him from my backyard and we have been doing great until this week. He hasn't been wamting to go over the jump. We will go around the tree like we always do and then run twords the jump, but then he won't jump it he will just come to a hualt right before the jump. I do use treats all different times andthe leash doesn't work. It just makes him refuse more.I really need a experianced dog trainer to help me through this. I also work him two times a day if that helps any.

Do birds come out at night? I am outside a lot on my job in the middle of the night & was just wondering if birds fly around at night because I never see any.

I am thrilled my girl had 6 Chihuahua puppies. 4 girls 2 boys.... from 3.1 ounces.... to 5.2 ounces. Momma is doing fine. I had to bring her to the vet cause one got stuck.... but it was not too bad... she never needed a C section. All 6 are alive and thriving. But my question is... now what should I do for her? She is on a calcium suppliment. She is on a high quality puppy food. I am trying to help her feed by bottle feeding them. I have a friend who is a vet and she warned me with that many babies... she will really probably need some help to keep her as healthy as possible too.. so she suggested we alternate babies to bottle feed. But what else should I watch for... (ie signs of milk fever....warning signs that she is in poor health). The momma has VERY loose stools right now..... but that could be from not eating yesterday..... gonna keep an eye on that. I got some nutrical for both mom and babies..Any othe suggestions?

Just wondering I will be willing to send anyone willing to do so my current hamster cage because its small for my short haired syrian female so does anyone have one. I'm not trying to seem rude but I want to give my hamster room to roam. I am asking because I am short on cash to buy a bigger one and I only have like $9.50 to buy a new one so does anyone have one they would be willing to let me have.

Okay my dog Prince caught a bird.. I praised him for good hunting skills, but my mom yelled at him and saved the bird. Its got a broken wing and we have it in a box with newspaper and a small bowl of water. We don't have bird food on us right now. Any help or tips on how to help this bird cure? Thankyou in advance!
