well all pets need to be cleaned up after wheather you have a bird, hamster, dog , cat or fish. it all depends on what you prefer. a small animal should be kept in a house from there you have to deside what kind of pet you would like to own and how much time you will have for that animal? some pets need more time then others dogs being the first since they rely on you for almost everything, cats are more independant and dont need as much time spent with them, birds should have quite a lot of time spent with them so they remain taim as with hamsters or other rodants. fish dont need any attention really besides the cleaning of their aquarium and being fed. so it all really depends on you and the kind of time you want to spend with your pet.

Cat - quiet, clean, loving... and if you are going on vacation/holiday, they are okay alone for a couple of days. Just give them plenty of food, water, and litter. No pet sitter needed. Also, a cat is very content to live inside and will not bug you to go outside. You never have to let them off if you don't want to. Actually they live longer if you keep them inside.

A dog is the best for a pet because dogs are men's best friend. They guard your homes.

depends on how much expense and work you are willing to sacrifice for it. Dogs are great, but are more work than cats. They need a lot of socialization since they are pack animals. Cats are pretty independendant, relatively clean, and affectionate. Fish need less personal attention, but need regular daily maintenance, plus equipment can get expensive. Hamsters and other rodents are fun, but be prepared for a much shorter life span. Hope this helps with your choice.

a small dog...I have a bichon/Shih tzu and he's a very small quiet dog...unless the doorbell rings...or someone knocks on the door. If you want an easier pet to take care of...I'd think a cat would be good. ragdoll cats are floppy... but bengal domestic cats and Ocicats although big your able to leash-train them.

The best pet would be a cat(or two) and/or a small dog. I prefer the cat because they are such wonderful pets as long as you did not let it out.. If you let it out, it would eventually be killed.

A cat. Clip nails regularly. They take care of themselves, no walking. Just keep litter box clean daily by scooping. Enjoy
