I have tried SO many space heaters:

- Ceramic Tower
- Electric Stove/Fireplace
- Oil-Filled Radiator
- Stanley Ceramic Heater/Blower
- Honeywell Utility Heater
- Radiant Light Heater
- and NOW a micathermic heater

nothing is working! I'm trying to supplement my electric baseboard heat, which heats the entire common area of my apartment, by trying to heat only the area that i'm sitting in.... what should I do?? What else should I try?

We just built a sandbox and filled it with about 500lbs of playsand, and it seems the neighborhood cats are jumping over our fence just to pee in it. I'm experimenting with a few ways to try to repel them, but is there anyway to safely clean up the existing sand?

I just bought this electric blanket, but it doesn't specify whether it can be left on overnight or not. It cost me $30 for a twin size, so I know it wasn't a really wonderful model or anything.

This last week I have noticed mould on my ceiling in my bedroom. It started in the corner and now its spreading over the ceiling in spots. I dont understand how it has got there. The roof has been checked for loose tiles or any gaps, but its all fine. How can I get rid of it and whats causing it? Can it cause any health risks? thanks

Ok - so it is the middle of Nov. and I opened the windows in the Master bedroom. Ladybugs were coming in. I went and looked outside and the whole side of the house was covered with them. The temp has been between 75-80 this week. I didn't know that ladybugs were out in November.

First question : What are they doing? Second: Why are some red, orange and yellow and why do some have spots and some don't? Third: How come when you pick them up they smell like peanutbutter?

I purchased a small chest freezer and I am going to keep it in my craft room. An older friend of mine mentioned that I should put a piece of wood down on the carpeting first because of a potential fire danger, as I think he said the motor was on the bottom. Do you know if that is correct? Thank you.

Anyone have any and info or expierence with modular homes. Are they considered like trailers? Not crazy about that look. Let me know!! Thanks. Oh, I'm in the New Jersey area.
