no LED lights work with quantum energy. The only way you can get the fade effect is to have a lot of LED and control kit that turns them off gradually

It depends on how you want to "fade" them. Generally, there isn't much range in brightness per voltage, and overdriven LEDs tend to burn out faster.

You can have many of them turn on and off at different rates to dim the general source of light.
