How do you get rid of black widows???

I have one in my garage and I have a cat living in their!!! Please list names of repellents!!!

Actually, black widows are not as deadly as most believe. A healthy adult would just get really sick unless they are already ill or are particularly sensitive to the venom. However, a small animal or child would be at a much greater risk so I don't blame you for wanting to get rid of it. Anyhow, there are very few insecticides that will work on spiders. I normally don't kill spiders, but when I come across black widows while gardening I will squash them with a tool. They are shy and will run rather than attack, but mostly they will freeze right where they are which makes them easy to squash. If you don't feel comfortable squashing a black widow then try a repellent. Here is one called Spider-Not:

Concentrate bug spray/killer, and a pressure sprayer..... Go to home depot/lowes for about 30 bucks, you have to buy chemical, small bottle, and a preasure sprayer. You can spray around the entire house too!! Thell show you at home depot!! Just ask them at home depot for any more details!!

The bite of the black widow is fatal.. And it will attack if it feels threatened. Definitely kill it as soon as possible.
We used to have our whole garden fumigated to avoid the presence of this little monster...
If you go to your local garden center they should be able to give you the proper insecticide to destroy it quickly.

Just use a bug spray for spiders and spray every 6 months and you wont see anymore.
