Or are the rabbits eating your garden?

Are the raccoons getting into your trash bins?
Maybe skunks or Opossums eating from your bird feeders?
Do you welcome them or try harder to keep their presense unknown?

It's a product for a garden. It looks like a roll of carpet - and its green. I remember from the commercial that it said that each roll came with 1000 seeds inside. Basically, you place the roll on soil, water it, and days later plants will start growing. That's all I remember though, does anyone have an idea of what it's called?

Buying a home that doesn't have a current termite bond. It's already had an inspection and passed but don't want to risk anything down the road. Trying to figure out our moving budget but aren't currently in the area to have an estimate done. Would appreciate any input.

All of a sudden we have a houseflies appearing out of nowhere. I kill 10, 12 more appear. Doors and windows are all closed. Any ideas on what could be the cause, and what we can do to eliminate them? We are clean folks and don't have decaying food sitting around and all the flies are clinging to windows wanting to escape.

My room is west facing and during the summer, my room ends up being hotter than outside due to the fact that the sun's rays slips into my rooms through my blinds. It is excruciating as I do not own an air conditioner.

I have thought about getting curtains to help block out the heat, but I need help in choosing what type/style and color. My original plan was the get white ones as white reflects light, but some people told me to get dark? But from my knowledge, dark absorbs heat?

Also, I will also be getting window films, but I need help choosing exactly what kind to get.

I need help locating a portable air conditioner that does not require a specialty plug. I can do with the old fashion 3 prone outlet. All the other models I have found require t-shape outlets in order to operate. So does anyone out there know of any portable air conditioners which operates with the old 3 prone outlets and the locations to find it.

I just saw some at a yard sale and I'm thinking about going back and buying them . I don't describe furniture very well, but they were high-back wooden chairs and had a label that said No. 960 and also said Sikes Chairs Buffalo N.Y.
The seat of the chair is basically a rectangular wooden seat , but within the borders it had an inset leather circle for a seat .
I've tried searching but can't find any with that number. . . 960 . I'm beginning to think they may be rare and any help would be appreciated .

Where else can I look , or maybe somewhere to call ?

I have a 4-ft.-tall chain link fence but I need a 6-footer. (Dog's part kangaroo). One length of the fence is anchored in a concrete 'curb'. Would I have to take out the old fence and all the posts completely or is there some way (preferably DIY) to raise the height of the existing one without it looking tacky? No ridicule, please, I have limited funds to work with and I don't want my dog getting out and getting hurt.
