I have an above ground pool and I'm about to fill it up.
How can I get the water to get hot quickly without a water heater?
Can I?
I have a solar blanket but I have a feeling it isn't going to do much to cold hose water.

A solar blanket will work quite well if the outside temps are warm and the sun is shining. Other than that, you would need to introduce warmer water to the pool. If you decide to use water from the water heater, make sure you have cool water in it before adding hot or you could ruin your liner.

theres some products, like this little fish i believe, that you put in the water and it over a matter of hours, heats the pool up kind of
