any suggestions on how to get it up. It is about 3 weeks old, and i've tried everything. the deck has a stained finish.

Try using half a lemon and rub it really hard squeeze all the juices out of it when your rubbing on the deck.

Is deck painted? or stained? or bare wood? If bare wood you could try a solvent such as paint thinner or my universal solvent, gasoline. Use just small quantities and keep flame, smokers away.If not bare wood, the solvent may damage the finish.
