all plants need care and attention sometime.
best plant for you is a good fake one. These days there are some very good ones that seem so real that you have to touch them to realise they are fake.

Buy some fake ones then you don't have to worry about
killing them. :) No watering or feeding. Just dust every
once in a while.
Otherwise I have had some good luck with kalanchoes
and aloe veras.

A vine. Get a clip from someone, put in water til it gets a bunch of roots then pot it up in Miracle Gro Potting Soil.

SILK!!! look pretty realistic nowadays. philodendrums are idiot proof,come in a variety of types.they are vines.stick cuttings in plain water and walk away.
