I have called several well drillers to work on my well and they won't do it. I believe I have a 2 inch well pipe which no longer follows code. I need the screen cleaned and I can't find anyone to work on it. Two years ago I found someone who put muric acid down it and pumped it back out. That helped, but now I can't even find anyone to do that. I live in Michigan if that makes a difference.

I've cleaned out the groove on the bar and I've checked for clogs, but this is my first chainsaw and I'm clueless at this point. It's two months out of warranty. Help?

I am the gardener at my house. Unfortunately, I am not a mechanic, also. Here's what happened today. The grass was longer than usual due to so much rain (Florida). I had to mow slowly because I could hear the mower laboring threw the tall grass. It finally quit and now will not start again. I can't pull the cord because it won't release and come out. Any ideas? It's a Sears Craftsman by Briggs and Stratton.

The time has come to replace my current dead disposal. Everytime I go look at a store I am told a different tale about what I need. I plan to get a 1/2 horse power model but some places are telling me that is not enough. Others say it's too much power! What does a normal household need?

Could someone in the know do me a BIG favour, and go to Ebay item number 150140851667 Roof tiles. The seller says they are definately not slate, but some kind of reconstituted stuff, he doesnt know what, They are from a bungalow built in 1974, and they are 4mm thick, and they look like slate to me! or reconstituted slate anyway. What do you think? I want to bid on them, but they are a long way away, and I dont want to make a mistake.

I was wondering if we have any recourse what so ever. The mold was hidden behind particle board and dry wall. After that tear down, we also noticed seepage from the walls and part of the walls grouting was weak to the point that you could pull a brick out by hand. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am having a terrible time getting enough pressure to run a simple oscillator outside because of the lack of pressure. I know it probably has something to do with several hoses attached together, but I need water where I need it and I hose won't work. ANY IDEAS would be appreciated.

Last night my son flushed some baby wipes down the toilet, it totally overflowed all over the floor and then went down slowly. I thought that since it had gone down it may be alright, so a couple hours later I tried it again. All over the floor once again. So I've left it alone since last night and the water has not gone down, it's sitting right at the top of the bowl. I tried bailing it out, but as fast as I bailed it out, it filled right back up, all the way to the top. Why is it filling back up? My boyfriend is buying a plunger on his way home from work, so we'll try that, but I also heard about pouring dishsoap in it, allowing it to sit and pouring warm water in it, I was going to try this and see if it helped, which is why I was trying to bail it out. Anyone know why it is filling back up, and what I should do? Thanks in advance for the help!

does anyone know what to use to support kitchen cabinets. we have a granite counter top and a deep kitchen sink, and we would like to support the cabinets under the sink as a safe measure. let me see if i can describe what i am looking for: its a metal rod in another metal rod. it would go from the floor to the bottom of the sink. it would adjust be either screwing it or unscrewing it. does anyone know what these are actually called as i would like to go to home depot or lowes to pick them up today. thanks.
