probably - unless there is a loophole in the installers warranty.

We had the same problem earlier this year. It turned out there was a 'leak' in one of the pipes (freon I believe) and it had to be replaced/welded. The leaking was from ice because the ac was overcompensating and our air conditioner wasn't cooling well. (Forgive my non-tech speak - I'm not a technician).

We had a two year warranty when we bought the air conditioner and the installation was covered. Since this was an installation issue, we didn't pay a penny for the repairs.

I think it would depend on your warranty, but your air conditioner shouldn't be leaking.

After repair our bill went down also since the ac wasn't working as hard.

A little air is going to "escape" through the vent. The bathroom vent is one of those things that, because it has to do what it has to do, allows that cool air (or heated air in th ewinter) to leave. Just be sure there is a damper on the unit.

It would depend on the reason for the leak and what is covered by the warranty. Could be a plugged condensate drain. This will probably be your problem. If it is lack of a drain, it's their problem.

if its leaking through the vent it means that the condensation pipe was not installed call them up and have them install one going to the outside

Yes if the warranty is still in effect, that should be covered.
