What are the new contruction color trends? I need to paint my house to sell it and I want to know what looks best. I have a 2 story custom built home. The paint on it now is really old. It is white with green trim and It looks ugly. My husband will be painting it himself but we are terrible with picking out colors. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

It clogs all the time (my hair is constantly all over the place and I've been meaning to get a screen, which I definitely WILL BE doing soon) and I've used Draino (or something similar) several times. The problem is, the other times I used it the water would drain out, just slowly. The shower would stay clog-free for about a month and then clog again! This time, the water hasn't drained at all - it's just sitting in the tub! To add to this issue, neither I nor my boyfriend can remove the cover over the drain - we've tried several times over the past few months. Any ideas? I'm going to need to shower tomorrow!

Thanks in advance.

I have a Whirlpool microwave and the light bulb does not work anymore after just 1 year. I found a replacement bulb at http://www.repairclinic.com/0081.asp?RccPartID=584528

Pretty expensive $ 30 for a worthless small light bulb.

At Wal-Mart I saw a light bulb for office table lamps for just $ 4, but the bulb looks the same. Bulbs material are metal and glass.

I have to find out how much watt and volt the orignal light bulb has.

Could I try to use the Wal-Mart light bulb?

I have a craftsman garage door opener, and the other night when I came home and pulled into the garage I tried to use the remote to close the door. It came down about a foot and went back up. I used the trolley to pull the door down and have since had to manually open and close th door. I have pushed the latch back up on the trolley, but all I get when trying to remotely open the door is a buzzing sound from the unit. I do have sensors on the door and one is green and the other is yellow. How do I reset the one to go back to green. The weather that night was below zero and I have a heated garage. Any suggestions?

I called a company to come out and check my furnace in a home that I am renting to a young man. Once there, they told the renter that it may possibly be leaking carbon monoxide so they told the renter that they would be willing to finance a new furnace because the old one had to go. He said yes and explained that he was not the homeowner but they went ahead and financed him with the gas company and went ahead and put in a new furnace. The next day, they told him the gas company could not approve it because he was not the owner of the home and that the owner would have to finance the furnace, but I am not willing to do that when they should have gotten my permission in the first place. They are wanting him to now pay cash(or credit cards) for the unit but he does not have that kind of money and is willing to pay installments of $50/month which he was apprvd for. Maybe they should come get theirs and bring the old back, but I know it is damaged. What can i/he do?

Anything I can do and/or attach to what I have now to even slightly improve reception. I get 3-4 channels almost clear, every else with snow. Help!

I have a central Heat\AC unit outside my home. I'm a do it yourself person. The problem is the heat(electric) won't blow out with the thermostat on AUTO. With it on the Fan Auto\Heat position there is a Click,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Click and it does this every min and a half with no heat blowing out. The clicking is coming from the central unit outside.
I have figured out that with the thermostat in the Fan ON\Heat, the heat works and the air blows out just fine, but you have to turn Off to stop it.
Any idea what I can replace to fix this? Thanks,,
