Your heating element went out. That's the tube thing that gets hot and red. Unplug it from the back and take it to an appliance store for a matching replacement. Make/Model of your oven may also help.

If you do indeed have proper power(240 V ) going to the range there may be a wire burned off of the main terminal strip at the rear of the range where the cord or wire fastens to the range.

Check the thermostat. If it is broken, you get no heat anywhere.
If it is the oven only, it might be the element, which is simple to replace, as long as you have the model number to order the part.

ovens have fuses inside if they are OK then either your control switch is faulty or the element is burnt out. Try setting the oven to Grill and see if it warms up. the chances of both elements being burnt out is pretty slim.

check the fuses in the stove behind the panel under the timer area or on the top. The stove has its own5 or 7 fuses.
