Hello all you "masters of saving space with creative ideas"! lol. I'm in need of some SERIOUS help. I have tons of shoes and handbags that I need organized. I've already removed the items I don't want anymore, (and then I went and replaced them with new ones so I'm still right back where I started, except with the excitement of having some new peices). lol. Anyway, can anyone recommend some creative "space saving" ideas for getting my accesories OUT OF THE WAY?! Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!

Which brands are good, what to look for, metal or wood frame, styles (L-shape - good or bad, loft), etc.

They are 2.5 years apart in age.

It's a few different shades of green with a brown center on one side, and yellowish gold on the other side. What color sheets will go well with both sides?

so i have light purple walls... violet i guess. and i have light wood floors. i recently bought new furniture. i got an off white headboard and foot board and an off white nightstand and and off white bookcase

here is a picture of what the headboard and nightstand KIND OF look like: http://www.thefurniture.com/store/Images/Lea/368/368-936-SET.jpg

so i need a new comforter and area rug but i don't know what color. a white comforter would look bad because of the off white headboard. so should i get purple to match the walls or is that too much purple? and then should i get a purple area rug? because white would clash... but if i get all purple it would just be way too much purple. ahh help!

I am looking for a sofa for the living room. The carpet is offwhite in color and the walls are also light colored. I have light brown window treatments. What color would look nice? Is maintaining a light colored couch quite difficult? We are expecting our first kid end of this year, but we have a separate family room. Thanks for your help.

I want to redo my room. I'm thinking either a light blue and white. Not boyish but feminine and peaceful. But I sort of want a bright and preppy room with pinks. I still haven't decided and when I do I'm afraid I'm going to make the wrong choice. I already know everything I want to do for the blue room, but I have no idea for the pink. I don't want to paint every wall hot pink because I'm afraid that would be going overboard. I was thinking maybe pink, white, and another color stripes. What is your opinion? I'll take any great ideas and websites!

Painting a room to match this comforter:

and these sheets:

I would like to have four colors:
light pink, light brown, dark pink, and dark brown

What do you think about having one wall with big squares with the four colors in random patterns and then painting the other four walls each of the colors?

Any other ideas please!!

I am wanting to buy a small indoor plant to have in my room but I'm not sure what to buy. I want something that looks good and is easy to care for. I live in Las Vegas, NV so that might affect what suggestions you give me. I would like something different then the average indoor plants as in another place in my apartment I have a small Moneytree. Would appreciate any advice. Would a Sago Palm be good?

I want to make 2 18" pillows to match another piece of furniture I have. I was told I would need 1.2 yards. I dont know what width my fabric will be, and I want to know what i would need depending on the fabric width. Would 1.5 meters be sufficent?
Thanks!

I would like a colour that is warm and light so that it is a nice place to be in, especially in winter. The living room is open plan with the kitchen next to it. I plan to put down Ikea laminate floor in the living room which is light coloured (birch stave effect.) The kitchen cupboards are oak (dark-coloured) and the walls of the kitchen and hallway are beige. The kitchen table and chairs are a light-coloured wood with green legs. (Looks better than they sound.) I am thinking of buying a light green sofa. So I guess it all has to match. I am thinking a yellow or ochre but it could all go horribly wrong. I may play safe and go with beige.... What do you think?

I am going to be painting my bathroom this weekend. I was wondering if I can use the regular matte finish in there or do I have to get a little gloss so it can stand the heat. I never close my bathroom door because it's inside my bedroom so I just close my bedroom door. It never gets THAT steamy in the bathroom because of that. I am just wondering though. Also, do you think it's nice to also paint the ceiling the same color as the walls? Or should I leave it white? I am doing a light pinkish color.
