But theyre so expensive! Me and my boyfriend live together, and the bed is about 10-12 years old. There's a sink in the middle and you spend your night fighting to stay out of it. We try flippinf the matress often but it doesn't help. I think the bed has just about seen its last day! Where can a find good, realllly good price on a bed. We're in college and it's almost Christmas time, so the cheaper, the better! We live in Western PA too, so somewhere around here would be nice! Thank you all!

i need to buy 3/4 inch thick, cherry high grade plywood, cut to my exact dimension sizes, so i dont have to cut down pieces myself, into these dimensions. i have no skill with a saw and cutting straight.

It's just that all the paint i have tried comes off and starts to peel because of the moisture in the bathroom, it's very small. Even the bathroom paint is rubbish. Anyone know of something that stays put for longer than a few months? I always have the window open but it doesn't help so i need a good hardwearing paint. Would external paint be harmful to me and my children?

I have a lot of pets and use flat king size sheets to cover my furniture and bird cage. Where on-line can I buy cheap flat sheets? I don't need a "set" of sheets - I only need the flat ones.....everyplace I've found cheap sheets only sells the set.

Ok.. there is my room. Yeah, its not clean at all!! (i have been out of town for 3 weeks). Um.. ok on the wall where the mural is there is like a 2 - 3 inch gap between the top of it and my ceiling (its the white part). Any ideas on what I could put up there. As you can see in the other pictures the rest of my room is orange and my bathroom is pink. I don't know what to do and it bugs me.

Am looking for nice NEW appliances (just had a very bad kitchen fire, Infact, my poor roommate has 3rd degree burns on her hand!)---but do not want to pay the un-Godly amount of money that they cost. I am looking for stainless steel microwave, range, dishwasher--and possibly refridgerator---might be able to get by without that appliance. I can't tell if I like the lamp (the red one) or not. It was purchased to replace the nice and simple one in the background in order to better match the decor and dress up the place a bit. I guess I want to gauge your opinions before I let guests see it. Also, if you know of any lamps that would fit my place better please share a link or something! Thanks everyone.

Hi! ok... um.. well I want a canopy bed but the problem is I livein a 1 story house and my celing is 8ft. the canopy bed I want is black and is 7.5 feet long or 7 ft. can't remember... anyway.... would that look strange? I mean.. my room is small but not small small lol this is hard to explain... sigh... I have a walk in closet if that helps to vision my room.... thanks.... Plus, i want something which is roach and bedbug resistant. Metall preferreed over wood, which attracts bugs. Some say just to get an air matress...others say convertibles an\re not for daily use. This MUST be for daily use for a couiple who will sli\eep in love seat sized convertible or futon.

I am new first time home buyer and I am curious about the Pros and Cons of a frame house vs a brick house.

We are on a tight budget and seems like all the homes that are in our price range are frame houses, is this a bad idea?

My agent suggests a brick house but we can't afford it...
Can anyone give some insight?

When making your bed, is it more important to have the comforter's print facing up rather than going by where the tag is located on the comforter? For example, I have a comforter with a repeat pattern of urns with flowers in them. Should the pattern be facing the head of the bed as if you are looking at them like a picture, or should I go by the tag or the dimensions of the comforter in relation to the California King size mattress? Is it possible or common that if manufactured by machine, the print could be facing the wrong direction or does the print display the proper direction which the comforter is supposed to face?
