Is black a color,colours or shade or niether.

The color that you see as black is absorbing all the colors of the spectrum. That is why it appears as black. If it reflects blue as you see it, it is because it absorbs all colors and only reflects blue back to your eyes.
As far as natural light as in a dark room there is no light at all therefor you see no light and it appears black to your eyes.

Neither. Black is not a color therefore can not have a shade. When referred to as color black consists of all colors at the same time when referred to as the contrast of light black is the containment or absence of all rays of light.

No actually Black is the abscence of colour and did you know that if you mix every colour in the world you get white?

In light, black is the abscence of color. In light, if you add all the colors together you get white, and if you have no colors it is black.

In paint if you add all the colors together you get black, so you could consider black to be all the colors.

In the crayola box, black is a color.

I wanna say shade or neither. I know its not a color. You have to have light to see a color and black is void of all light.

black is the absence of light, therefore is not a true color.

that is why hd's like plasma and liquid crystal have a problem of creating black with light.

black is a void until light is introduced.

black is not reffed to as a color,,but a pigment,,that is added to other colors to change colors
