Am looking for nice NEW appliances (just had a very bad kitchen fire, Infact, my poor roommate has 3rd degree burns on her hand!)---but do not want to pay the un-Godly amount of money that they cost. I am looking for stainless steel microwave, range, dishwasher--and possibly refridgerator---might be able to get by without that appliance. Anyway---do any of you fine folks know of a "scratch and dent" type outlet in the Knoxville to Morristown area? I would be so very, VERY grateful if you could and would. Again---thank you so very much! Ann

You might have better luck at Sears since they offer discounts on multiple purchases on a regular basis. We got a top of the line fridge and new washer and dryer for less than the price of the fridge. At least they wouldn't be dented or scratched.

Try Best Buy. They will offer discounts when you buy a "package," they have awesome financing options and great service. I bought all my household appliances there (washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, range, and microwave) and got great prices for brand new stuff.

They also have "open box" appliances that they offer at huge discounts, many of them do not even have a scratch or dent.

And right now they have 10% off all Stainless Steel LG appliances (thats what I got!!)

Have fun! :)

Often stores will have a piece that might have a slight scratch or dent--demand to see the manager -what are you kidding with that price - do I look like Bill Gates!

try those appliance places, that have slightly damaged new stuff, sometimes you can't even see the marks. I got a freezer that way. and you can't even see the little dent
