Can you get a queen size bed on the top bunk and like a single or some thing on the bottom if not why is this

You can get it up there, but it won't stay. All top bunks are built for single mattresses.

You can get queen/queen and single/single. You can also get queen on bottom/single on top. I'm guessing queen on top would be a waste of space because you would still need to support it to the floor....

You can use a queen on the top bunk if you also use one on the bottom bunk.

u sure can get it up... but i guarentee that it will hang over the edge so whoever sleeps there MAY roll off & onto the floor.

They r only made for twin/sgl matteress...
