the walls are "sand" colour at present but the room is too dark. needs lightening up but i dont know what colour to paint it? everybody has "cream" coloured walls in the uk. is there a better alternative?

How do I display my items that I collect without things looking cluttered? I collect depression glass, jadite, fiesta wearing and anything deco from the 1920's-1940's ( mostly kitchen stuff), but I have a pretty small apartment. How do I display this stuff, without everything looking so cluttered?

we just got a new house and i want to do the bedroom in a moroccan theme. i already have a great new bedspread that has deep purples and burgandy and gold and a rust like orange its sooo pretty and silky but i am at a loss was where to go from there. Any suggestions?? Remember we are one a budget because of the new house.

For shear wall, the plan says use "3/8 CDX Ply O.S.". I have seen 3/8 CDX ply and also 3/8 CDX ply OSB (oriented strand board). Does anyone knows what O.S. means in construction terminology?
