Central Pneumatic is a lower end tool company who imports there tools from Tiwan and China. A lot of there product is sold through Harbor Freight a national company based in California. We have a store here in the city I live. I've put the link in here if you would like to check it out

as far as i know that is the old Chicago pneumatic that went out of business or was sold to form Central pneumatic like Black and Decker is now DeWalt
