painting cedar paneling exterior with some mill do?

Wonder what mill do is? If you are talking about mold, you might power wash what I presume is siding. (Paneling is for interior, siding for exterior.) It may be ticklish to keep from removing the meat of the siding.

Put a mildecide on and let it kill the mildew before you paint.
