Just wondering if using dishsoap on my eyeglasses will ruin the lenses. This seems to clean them the best, the sprays dont work that great.

I wash my clothes well, and once they are done drying, they smell nice, and I hang them up in my closet. Well, after a week or so, they aren't smelling as fresh, and smell kinda dirty, so I don't wear those clothes and re-wash them.

Why do my clothes smell dirty even though I haven't worn them or anything? I don't put any dirty clothes in my closet. I wear them once and put them in my dirty clothes hamper. The only other thing I put in my closet are dry items that shouldn't be affecting the smell of my clothes, such as CDs, Magazines, and books.

How can I keep my clothes smelling fresh for a long time? Should I spray my cologne on them? I tried using moth balls, but I don't like the smell of moth balls. Do you guys have any tried and true methods?

My significant other poured iced tea in the sink without rinsing the sink out afterwards. The whole bottom of the white sink is stained so it looks very dirty. If i bleach my sink how should i do it? Should i put the stopper in and pour bleach and water and let it sit? I don't know what to do, it looks awful. On the side that is stained i have a garbage disposal, i dont know if this makes a difference. Help please

I tinted my hair last night in the bathroom. Some hair color trickled down the sink cabinet and dried there. It won't come off. I tried toothpaste and nail polish remover. Nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions? Help appreciated.

Let me just get to the point and say that I've been EXTREMELY lax with my household cleaning. Anyway, the I've got almost everything covered except the toilet. Right where the porcelain meets the water there's a ring, and from the water portion on down there the worst stains you can imagine, and it's all caked on! Clorox soft scrub got rid of everything above the "ring", but the rest is a hassle. Once the soft scrub hits the water, it dillutes, so it's not like I can let it sit on the stain unless all the water is drained from the toilet(impossible). I've tried the comet scrub, nothing. I even took bleach and let it sit overnight, nothing. Any suggestions? No home remedies, please, just need something super strong that works.

I usually think of sears as the only place to buy appliances but there customer service/delivery is horrible. Is there a better place to buy and does another place have good repairs too?
