I have always had good luck with Lysol Tub N Tile. Rinse well with cool water and spray on the Lysol. Let it sit for a few minutes and reapply. You may wish to scrub lightly with an old toothbush. Stain should be gone or very faint. If the stain is faint, put a few drops of Dawn, etc. on it and then wash as usual.

I even have seen stain removers on the ironmongery shop that are truly for blood. in case you do not choose to purchase a product, you may attempt a toothbrush and a paste of liquid dishwasher cleansing soap, Oxy sparkling and powered laundry detergent. that's good for stubborn stains.

Try using copious amounts of cool/cold water first. Hot water will 'set' the blood proteins and make the stain more difficult to remove.

If the item hasn't been washed and dried yet, hydrogen peroxide. I've used that on my husband's work pants, and you can't tell he had ever bled on them.
