I love Zote bar laundry soap. It's a Mexican cleaning product that some southwestern Wal-Marts sell. Its soap - not detergent. That means it's low sudsing, hypoallergenic, and good for the planet. I grate the bars and made up my own liquid laundry soap. There are no heavy perfumes, so all you smell is clean laundry. Detergents with a lot of heavy perfumes can actually mask the fact that you're clothes aren't really clean. The perfumes just cover up any lingering body odor. When washing really sweaty gym clothes I add 20 Mule Team Borax, when washing whites I add bleach. Works great, and this stuff is very economical compared to the other stuff

My family uses either ALL or TIDE. They work really well and smell great! ALL is useful b/c you can put it on a table and push a button and it will just come out, super super easy.

Gain for colors - because it has good smell to it and does not fade clothes. Cold water

Foca for my whites - If let sit for long period of time like 1 hour it has all the whites looking new without bleach.

-----------------------------------------------------
I have found that using

Oxi-Clean is the best for stains
I have tryed Spray & Wash Spray Bottle - It never work
I have also use color safe bleach on my colors and it never damage them. I have been using color safe bleach on my white as well instead of 100% pure bleach as I read it makes whites after so many wash have white spots or if you pour to much bleach it makes small holes.
