I heard once that the kind of ultrasonic cleaner the jewelry stores use are different than the ones that are available retail, and that the ones you can buy are not safe for gemstones. is this true?

I have just had a new shower cubicle installed. It has white tiles and a glass shower door. In the past I have tried all the usual cleaning products and tiles and door have always ended up covered in limescale, streaks and scum. Somebody said that a product called rain racer would do the trick. Anybody used it?

My daughter started her period a lot earlier than we thought she would. However, she tried to hide it and washed her jeans - only to find that the stain was still there. Normally I wouldn't worry about the jeans, but these were brand new and very expensive. Is there any way I can get this set in stain out?

How often should you throw them in the washing machine? We notice a "not so fresh" scent after only two uses and we do let them air dry after each use.
I use Tide unscented along w/ Downey liquid fabric softener. Any suggestions on that?
They are all the same color too, so it's hard to know which ones are cleaner than others.
It seems silly to think of washing them after every use....is that what I need to do?

I don't just want to buy these products online because I am not sure if there real or fake so I ask for your help. What is the best name brand natural cleaning supplies? What is the website or the store they are located in?

The instructions say "Do not bleach" but I think maybe they use the same tag for all colors. So can I?

I feel dumb asking if I can bleach something white. :)

I've got dirty dishes piled up in the kitchen, laundry to be folded on the couch, dirty laundry to be washed, kids toys (3 yr old and 18 month) scattered through out the house, floors need mopping... and i'm sitting here feeling like crying because i'm worrying about other things like money, moving country and my weight... I know I just need to just do it but I don't know where to start... how can I get motivated?

My daughter started the washing machine without any clothes in it. I stopped it, but there's water sitting in the drum. How can I drain the water without running a full cycle? It's an LG model, not exactly sure which one...

We just bought a new set of very nice towels. I washed amd dried them twice to get rid of the water repelling treatments. The lint trap filled up both times with "fuzz". We went ahead and started using the towels. They are very "pilled" and are making a mess in the shower when we dry off. Is there a good way to fix this or something that I can do (short of shaving the towels)? I hate to waste more water just repeatedly washing them but I can't come up with any other alternative.

As you can guess from my question, I kinda had a bad spill today. I suppose I need to know how you can get stains out of books in general, if anyone knows anything about strawberries specifically, that would be better. I need to know the answer before my book is due next Monday, or else I might have to pay to replace it, yikes!

I washed my clothes a couple of weeks ago in my apartment complex, & there was only 1 washer & 1 dryer. When I washed the clothes, they were 1/2 washed & very soapy because of the machine working poorly, & the dryer didn't dry my clothes @ ALL. I have to do laundry again, & I sadly have to go out of my way & take a cab to a good laundromat.
