Use a hand squeegee! My husband and I own a housecleaning company and we have tried just about every product on soap scum, hard water, and limescale. Once it's there, it won't come off. The key is prevention. Using a squeegee wipes off all the soap, hard water, or anything else on your shower stall or tile. Homes that we clean that regularly use a squeegee all have clear and clean shower glass and tiles. It makes their shower last longer in the long run and we don't have to scrub as hard (:-). I have never heard of Rain racer, but honestly, we have tried everything from white vinegar to actual commerical chemicals/acids - they don't work. The only product I would suggest is Kaboom, which you can buy in Home Depot, Lowes and some Walmarts, but even then, that only gets the recent shower grime off. Squeegees work great in preventing it before it happens! Good Luck!

Haven't used rain racer but I have a walk in shower in the house we bought last year and I originally gave it a good clean then sprayed it with Flash Shower Clean, then after every use I rinse the door and tiles with clean water from the shower before re-spraying. It's been good so far!

Bathrooms should be cleaned oncer per week to keep clean.
Once per week wash the shower out (including tiles) with a cleaning sponge.
This may surprise you but all you need to use is ordinary dishwashing liquid. It will clean up the whole bathroom perfectly, easily & leave a nice lemon smell.
I have used this for ages & it works brilliantly. Do once per week though. There is no need to race out & buy expensive products to clean the bathroom. Dishwashing liquid has inbuilt disinfectants & grease cutters.
Once tiles & glass are clean then just rinse off with water.
It will leave the shower etc sparkling without much effort.
Give it a go.

Keep a spray bottle full of a 50/50 solution of water and vinegar in the shower. After your shower spray down the entire shower - tiles, glass doors and faucets. You will never have to worry about lime again. It's all natural and cheaper than any cleaner!

Best time to clean your tiles in the bathroom is when you have finished you shower , The walls are all covered in condensation ,so easier to wipe. Yes I know ,your nice and clean , who want´s to clean the tiles. But trust me , if you do this every so often , you will have less cleaning to do. Also have you tried Viakal, This is a very good product for cleaning limescale. Try for yourself

Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner. When we first bought it, I didn't think there was any way it could work. But, believe it or not, within 1 week it had totally cleaned up our dirty shower, and has kept it clean ever since. I was amazed! It is battery-powered, you hang it over your shower head after you take a shower, press the start button, and it sprays a 360-degree coating of shower cleaner. You don't have to do ANY work (unless you have some nasty stuff, then you might want to scrub it once the shower cleaner loosens it up). I can't live without it now!

Clean the shower glass really good... then apply "Rain x" from the automotive dept. The water beads off and so does the soap. Also, you can try a product in the auto dept for fog... works great on the bathroom mirror.

you can always use that daily shower spray after every shower just spray it on, it takes care of hard water too. I have a spray bottle in mine and mix up 1/3 white vinegar to 2/3 water and use that. Of course it is a little smelly, but cuts through the scum better...

I haven't heard of "rain racer" but I have heard of "rain dance" for car windshields & wondered if that would work. Comet makes a cleaner in a spray bottle that works great on removing soap scum & hard water marks. I buy mine at Dollar General, it's cheaper there.
