The instructions say "Do not bleach" but I think maybe they use the same tag for all colors. So can I?

I feel dumb asking if I can bleach something white. :)

DON'T BLEACH IT.

To Bleach or Not to Bleach

If all commercially available bleaches can be used on a regular basis without harming the garment, the label does not have to mention bleach. If using chlorine bleach on a regular basis would harm the garment, but using non-chlorine bleach on a regular basis would not, the label must say, "Only non-chlorine bleach, when needed." If all commercially available bleaches would harm the product when used on a regular basis, the label must say "No bleach" or "Do not bleach."

I don't know but I always wait till the washer is full of water and the whites are totally wet before I put the bleach in. Doesn't seem to hurt the towels.

Instead of bleaching use napisan, its better for the towels as too much bleaching will make them fall apart.

Use oxyclean. Bleach makes the material of the towel deteriorate.

Sun bleach it- wash your towels and soak then in a basin with clean soap. sun dry it for 1-2hours then rinse.

chemical bleaches hurts the fabric of your towel thats why they recomend you not do so. so dont use chemicals on them.

Try using hydrogen peroxide in place of water. It's much less harsh on the materials and isn't so toxic to the environment. You can try throwing some baking soda to the wash.
