I was just wondering at work today. I know you shouldn't use hot water moping a tile floor because it will mess the wax up.

** But does it REALLY matter the temperature of water when doing general cleaning?

DAMN. I'm sick of this question. Don't you notice that when you post this question, millions have gone before you to ask and be answered?

I am suggesting a boycott on this question. Let's start ignoring this question. Please? It is cluttering up the board.

Similar overkill?
How to organize _____.
How to sort/fold/keep up with laundry.
How to remove stains from _____.
What are the best cleaners for _____.

My goodness. Do some research. These answers pop up automatically as you are typing your question!!!

I am interested in hearing how you stay organized.
I personally have 3 boys and 2 men in my home. I am the only female. The idea of actual cleanliness and organization falls on me. (Their idea of cleaning the kitchen is doing the dishes/or cleaning the bathroom is picking up the towels off the bathroom floor.

Any housekeeping tips you have,
or Housecleaning shortcuts or organizational tips would be awesome.

Thanks and God bless

My super amazing girlfriend knitted me this blanket for Christmas and I was wondering what the best way to clean it is? Its kind of a suede type yarn, and the car peed on it. So I was wondering, either wash it in the washer, dry clean, something else?
Thanks for all the help!

Ok my dang dog knocked a gallon of milk over in my car last week. 3/4 of the gallon went on my floor b4 the sound of my dog laping up the mess caught my attention. I soaked as much up as possible with a towel right away but wasnt able to shampoo it for about 2 hrs. For the next 3 days my car smelled fine. It was pretty cold outside those days. Now it is back up into the 50's and my van wreaks. I shampood it a second time sunday night and Monday it still wreaked. Today is Tues. and I sprayed Resolve carpet cleaner every where. srubed it and vaccumed it as much as possible. I even sprayed some new car scent through out my car. Now it smells like a combination of sour milk and new car scent. I cant afford to have my carpets replaced and I am tired of gagging everry time I open my door any suggestions?

A cigarette was smoked in our large office last week. There are only limited soft furnishings in there, but the room has not recieved much ventilation as the office has been closed for a week.

Will the smell have gone by next Monday (total of nine days since smoke)?

i asked this before and someone told me to do it in the dishwasher. i tried that and all it did was make the sweat more visible. one of my hats is just covered in sweat, it looks like desert camo. so im afraid to put them in the clothes washer cuz i dont want them to mess up the bill of the hat.
o ya and if at first u dont like the quality of the clean...dont put laundry detergent in the dishwasher, it makes a huge mess...
