the iron was too hot when I put it on my red pant and it left a shiny shadow, does anyone know how I can take it off. The pant is part of a beautiful suit that is practically new and I would hate to let go of it. Thanks

My dark shirts always come out of the washer with a layer of lint on them. We hang dry them so they will not shrink up. The washer is about 8 years old. I am thinking I should get a new washer with a lint filter possibly. Thanks for trying to help

ok I'm cleaning up the G.F grill, I didn't have any problems cleaning the grill part (with soap and water), but how do you clean the outside side, as its a little discolored, what will help make it a little more white? We are giving it to a family member, so I'm cleaning it up.

What's the best way to get rid of the smell in shoes? They're his favorite and doesn't just want new ones (a.k.a. doesn't want to throw them away).

We just removed wallpaper using Dif, so to get that off, I'd like to wash my walls, but not using TSP (Trisodium phosphate) since I have young children, and new carpeting. know you can mix a bit of dish soap with warm water, but I don't know what ratio to water to mix it. Are there other things I can use, such as Mr. Clean floor cleaner? (I told my husband I didn't think that would be okay but I'd like to check) Thanks!

Well, my husband was trying to be helpful when he did the laundry, BUT he put a pair of my white pants in with blue jeans! And you can imagine what happened. I've never had to bleach anything before. Will it damage tha pants or should I bring them to a dry cleaner? They are nice pants. 95% cotton and 5% spandex. The inner part is lined but I do not know the material. Thanks!
