Tear it out and re-caulk. The problem may not be the caulk itself, but a much larger problem underneath. You should remove the caulk to make sure.

If common household mold and mildew cleaners do not take care of the job - your problem may stem from under the caulk itself. To determine the cause - cut away a strip of caulking and examine the surfaces of both the old caulk and the tub surround. If it looks like mold is growing behind the old caulk, remove the caulking (carefully with a razor knife) and spray a bleach water solution (one part bleach, four parts water) on the tub surround where the caulking existed. After thoroughly cleaning the area and ensuring that it is dry, you may then run a new bead of caulk along the tub. The total project time will be close to an hour - but definitely worth it. If you notice any loose tiles or mold protruding out of grout lines - you may have a bigger problem that requires a professional.
Good luck!

Try using bleach (diluted in a spray bottle) or one of the products on the market for such things. I've found that any product that contains bleach will not only kill the mold and mildew but prevent it's return. If your caulk is old, I'd replace it. If your bathroom is poorly ventilated, try installing a fan to move the humid air!

I like the product X-14 for tough mold and mildew stains - however, if the mold is growing underneath the caulk, you will probably have to pull it out, clean and reapply.

You will need to remove the caulking & recaulk. Once it gets all embedded there is no way to remove it. After recaulking use a bathtub cleaner regularly to keep the mold & mildew from building up.

Have you tried using a bleach or mold cleaner? If that doesn't work you may want to re-caulk the tub.

your going to have to remove the caulking and reapply, also there is a reason why mold is accumulating and its probably because your walls are rotting out

You can possibly get it out by using old fashioned elbow grease and a soft scrub of your choosing. A nice brush should help you to get in the nooks and cranny's to get everything.
