Well, first of all make sure that you aren't over stuffing your washer. Are you giving the clothes enough room to roll around in the water and not just against each other? Wash the clothes in a Good Quality detergent. Add some Pine'Sol to the wash when you put in the detergent. After the wash cycle begins, turn off the machine and let the shirts soak for about 15-30minutes. Continue the washing. This should work. At least it does for my husband's work shirts and my kid's sports team uniforms.

1/2 cup of baking soda or buy BORAXO (found in the laundry isle) and follow directions. Boraxo is a laundry "sweetner" it makes the whole load smell better and it helps brighten up the clothes. To avoid the problem in the future, try another deo. My daughter had trouble with this and we found out it was the deo. Her body oder and it didn't mix. The family doc said this can happen. It's the chemicals and perfumes they use in different brands. Try something else to see if it helps.

best thing for this is the old fashioned bar soap , sure they will have this in your local hardware store , wet the T-shirt, then rub the soap in leave the T-shirt like this over night no need to submerge into water , Next day put into tepid water and give a good rub, rinse well and hang outside in the fresh air. this should help If you wish you can put it through the wash again but don´t think it will be necessary

sprits the underarms with white vinegar and launder normally. Otherwise if that does not work, add a little baking soda to your whites when you wash them.

You could try using Spray n' Wash on the area. But, I would throw the Tshirts out and get new ones.
