Probably the drainage pump. Every washine machine I've owned has needed one sooner or later (replacement about £30 and 40mins hassle). Sometimes it can be a blocked drum breather pipe (on the back of the machine) due to getting bunged up with washing powder, worth checking first.

THe pupmp almost certainly.

There should be a place to reach it from the front of the machine near the bottom. you will need to open it look inside for a small drainage pipe with a stopper and undo it letting it drain into a bucket. When it has finished undo the large round cap This is your pump and make sure nothing is blocking it and it is free of lime scale.

If it still does not work the pump will probably need replacing.

This is generic advice not particularly for your model as I do not know it

Pump may have got blocked or covered in limescale, they are usually one of the first things to break.

You'll have to call an engineer or a friend who knows what they are doing.

Try putting it on a spin cycle first and see if that works, it used to on mine.

It could just be old and worn out,i had to replace mine recently cos of the same thing. Sometimes if you've moved it they're never the same again.
