there is a product called spi c N span. Use it in very hot water and scrub. This product is a great all around cleaner for the kitchen as well. It cuts grease without harming the surface of the appliance or floor. (I had to put a space in the first part of the name, YA would star it out.)

I have used mayo for this. You need the regular full-fat mayo. Slather some on the scuff mark, let it sit for a few minutes & then scrub away.

Try using Mr Clean Magic Eraser. It works on most anything.
