I use plain isoprel "rubbing " alcohol or any drugs store variety... works wonders on all kitchen surfaces and is inexpensive and environmental safe...

The best thing you could use is something called Goo Gone....Make sure its the real thing, cuz I've seen some fakes out there. You can find it pretty much everywhere like Home Depo, Stop & Shop.........It'll lift the grease right off those cabinets

I used grease lightening on my wooden cupboards and alot of elbow grease. Then I polished them with orange glow. it's wood cleaner/ polish oil based)

I rub them down with dawn (or any other grease fighting dishsoap) and them spray greased lightning on them. Get one of the 3m pads (the kind that are like sos, but not metal) and scrub them. That always works the best for me.
