I tend to hang onto my clothes too long. I need to hear from someone who has had the same problem and has recovered from it. I would like to simplify in my whole house but am helpless to know where or how to start.

Has anyone recently purchased a new Whirlpool or Maytag gas dryer? Which do you prefer/what do you like about the one you chose?
Ones I have seen have more bells/whistles than I think I will ever use! Recommendations, please? Thanks!
But I did read in consumer reports a dryer sensor is an important feature.

i've tried everything on the market and i have ceremic tiles and everything that i mop the floors with leaves a cloudy residue or streaks the floor. can anyone suggest something that works? i've tried all the household mop detergents from the supermarket and also tried the vinegar and water but they all still leave a residue and even after its dried, if you walk on the tiles, you can see your foot prints because of the residue left behind.

My child spilled red cherry koolaid on my freshly shampooed carpets. I have ran the steam cleaner over it several time and have left it there sitting even to remove the stain to no avail. We initially tried that oxyclean stain remover and that just made it worse. I've seen ads for cleaners that are specifically for red dye removal but there pricey (usually 20 bucks a bottle). Is there a cheaper way without ruining the fibers of the carpet. Help!!! Thanks!!!

My son likes to put things in his pockets all the time. After doing laundry, I went to put it all away a few days later and noticed crayon marks all over a load of clothes. He obviously had put crayons in his pocket and I didn't realize it until it was too late. Please help! I don't want to throw away an entire load of clothes.

In August I purchased a Frigadaire dryer. The one in the store was white but the store shipped me one with a stainless steel top. Does the dryer kit come with the dryer or is it an accessory and thus additional cost? I live in a rural'pioneer' community that depends on a mailboat and returning it is not an option. I faxed the company and got no reply. I would like to know because the kit is needed to let out the hot air and it should not be additional. The store did not tell me the kit was additional when I purchased it. I bought desks from them and one desk had no instruction booklet. The chair for the desk had a hole in the seat. Frigidaire dryer owners please answer. Others can comment too.
