I have tried "goo off" and it only make it spread

Hi Fay B,
'try using Murphy's oil soap on the spot full strength if it works do the whole spot. Maybe use an ice cube then scrap it off. then try Murphy's or goo gone. Good luck & have a good day!

this may sound crazy but ive been cleaning for along time the best thing to use is w d 40

try clear scotch tapes or clear packing tapes. It will eventually be gone.
