There is a product called "Goof Off" or another called "Oops" you can buy it at any hardware store, or even Wal-Mart, it works very well, and it won't hurt your china. Hope this helps!

Ceramic Labels

to remove adhesive labels from ceramic, its easy grab a hair blow dryer and blow some hot air at the label while doing this, start peeling the corner of the label and remove slowly. the warm air will soften the sticky glue making easier to remove the label.

Dont you just hate when the stores do that? so aggravating. Sometimes i just soak it in hot water(with some good dish detergent or even clothing detergent) until the tag's glue has softened. then i use a non scratching scrubber to get it off the rest of the way. Sometimes i put some dry baking soda on the scrubber and it seems to loosen the label easier and doesnt harm the crockery. Vinegar is also good for getting the glue loosened. Hope this helps....

Only use Goo Gone on decorative plates only. It is toxic and hard to rinse off. I have had this problem recently myself and I found that if you massage/rub in dishwashing liquid on the sticker (load it right up!) and let it set for a few minutes, you can scrape it right off. I used a plastic spatula. If it is a non-scratchable surface, you can use a metal spoon. Then, use hot soapy sponge to wash area in a circular motion. Rinse, and voila!

GOO BE GONE cleaner is the best for adhesives. Rub it on, leave a thin layer on for a few minutes, then massage off.

I use Goo-Gone also; but once the goo-gone has set for a few minutes, I scrape off the label with a razor (just be super careful since the surface will be wet).

A product called Goo-Gone is awesome for anything like that. It's handy to have around the house at all times.

soak them in warm soapy water for a couple of hours, and most of the label should come off. If there is residue still on it, then use rubbing alcohol and a paper towel to wipe it off.
