He doenst even let me touch it with my finger and I don't know why. He just tells me not too. What can I use? thanks!

cotton ball with rubbing alcohol usually works

Use rubbing alcohol. It gets out ink. People use hairspray, but that works only because it contains alcohol. If you are worried about messing up your monitor, you could even get a specialized monitor cleaning wipe. It will also take out the ink, as it is alcohol based. It will cost more and do the same thing.

Get a "Mr. Clean" Magic Eraser. Use only a dab of water to moisten the sponge. When I recently moved into my new home, there were children's doodles on the walls and windows of the spare room (pens, marker, paint, etc.). I bought one Magic eraser and was able to wash off all the markings. I used it to pre-wash my walls before I painted my livingroom and bathrooms as well. It works really well.
If you have a dollar store in your area, check there. I got the "generic" version for a dollar and it worked just as well.
Good luck!

spay hair spray on a paper towel or cloth, (you may have to soak it pretty good) and wipe monitor, where the ink is. You can use regular glass cleaner to remove the streaks, left by the hairspray.

Girl, if it's a flat screen... be CAREFUL. Mix rubbing alcohol with water and use a q-tip.
