It is to remove the sharp edge of the cut marble and give it a chamfered edge instead.

What's the best way to clean a stovetop, burners, and the pans for a gas stove? I just moved into a house where the previous renters left the stove filthy. I want it clean so I can feel inspired to learn how to cook.

I have tried a few different detergents but can't really afford the name brands like Tide all the time.

My clothes never really smell "clean and fresh" after I wash them. Any tips?

It's not like they are really dirty when I wash them, now if I wash my whites and use bleach, they smell great but thats the only way ANY of my clothes/towels smell good.

The township that i want to move it to requires a 4/12 pitched roof. I have a 3/12 roof. Is it a major, expensive project to make the roof a little bit steeper?

Soemone pu my cast iron skillet in the dishwasher, When it came out it had white spots embeded in it. I've had a couple of tupper wear pieces look like this after taking them out of the dishwasher. I'm pretty sure its the soap. Its gets really hard and wont stratch off. I scrubbed, but it seems like its really IN the pot.

So I tried to cook in it. When I put oil in it it boiled, and there were lots of bubbles. This had never happened before. Is it completely ruined, or can I do something to it. No matter how much I scrub, I can still see faint circles of white on the bottom.

She lives in town so I can't use spring traps because of neighborhood pets. I have an assortment of live traps from a mouse to a large dog and take pride in there use over 40 yrs. but I "Nerver Caught a Rabbit" and "they ain't no freinds of mine".(I'm sorry I couldn't resist). Any help on placement, bait or lures. Points for humor may be awarded but facts will prevail. Relavent source material frm Elmer, Bugs or Roadrunner should be considered. RScott

I am securing a large appliance to the wall in case of earthquake. The appliance is 15" from the wall and I bought 1/16" wire rope to attach it. They also sold me a Ferrule and Stop set but I can't figure out how to use it - all the guy at Home Depot said was to use a hammer on it but couldn't explain it any better.

There's one piece that has two holes in it and another with one hole. How do I use this Ferrule and Stop Set to secure the wire rope?
