does any one know what the average cost for a wooden fence on a standard lot cost, as well as a 24' by 10 pool

As for the fence it depends on where you live and what type of material. In Calif redwood 6 foot fences start at $17 per linear foot. As for the pool if you contract it yourself start it at about $30K and up. A pool company will add $10-$15K to that. I contracted my own pool and if was about $30K when completed.
