how in ireland can fliers newsletters and general rubbish be stopped being posted through my door?

As as i know if you contact An Post you can request that your postman stops delivering junk mail in your door. Another thing is you can post back all your junk mail in the return envelopes that they provide (as these are usually freepost) and ask/demand to be taken off their mailing list and their third party affiliates mailing lists!!

try writing return to sender and putting back in mail
