Hi i have some daffodills in the backyard in a pot and they dont looks so great asthey use to. For some reason the plant can't hold itself up. The leaves have fallen down to the ground and some have ripped the leaves. What is wrong with the plant?? and if you can give suggestions on how to take care of it that would be nice too.

Will it still melt the ice underneath. I have about a 3 ft. part of my sidewalk that has very slippery ice under at the deepest point about 8" of water. By the way I am not being redundant when I say "very slippery ice", because there is actually some ice you can walk prettily easily on. I am from Alaska so have seen all kinds of ice. I would really appreciate any advice.

We had a professional measure it and have ordered it but we are going to install it ourselves.

We are replacing a large double hung with a fixed 'picture window" of the same size. The window is all wood, inside and out and the house exterior is brick.

We are replacing due to the fact the lip of the wondow sill was not primed or painted and it, along with part of the sill, is rotting.

The window HAS to be all wood as our other 17 windows are fine and I obviously want them to match.

Instructions, pointers, things not to forget/ consider, links you have used, etc. would be greatly appreciated!

What is the best way to clean utensil marks off of my white Corelle brand dishes? I have tried the cleaner Corelle makes for this and it doesn't work. I have also tried Soft Scrub w/ Bleach. What do you use that works? These are just faint dark marks from the utensils. Thanks!

The pool is set into a large deck. This will leave a very large hole in the middle of it. Does anybody have any cool ideas for the new space other than just adding more boards and leaving it blank?

I am looking to purchase solid wood furniture. However, the wording in many online descriptions is rather vague. Could you list a few phrases commonly used, which would indicate that the furniture is not solid wood. Thank you!

For the past few weeks ive had rats in my garden, im not sure if theyre nesting in my garden or if they come from elsewhere. Ive tried to get rid of them by humane traps but it doesnt work. I have a dog and a cat but they dont help in getting rid of them and also i have tried poison. Before i have to get the council out as a last resort i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if you have any tips for me (ps i have also stopped putting food out for the birds so please dont suggest this). thanks

Namaste: I am dreaming ... and perhaps it is only a dream, but no matter... of a garden business so I could sell to hotels, chai shops, restaurants, and local market stalls:

sprouts
lettuces including all the nice new kinds
little baby spinaches
cool green cucumbers
fresh herbs
sweet green peas
lima beans and green soy beans

Do you have anything that would be fun to grow, and sell .... just for dream's sake? If you would like this for a business idea for yourself, please feel free to use it ... with my blessings ....

Peace & Love
