Namaste: I am dreaming ... and perhaps it is only a dream, but no matter... of a garden business so I could sell to hotels, chai shops, restaurants, and local market stalls:

sprouts
lettuces including all the nice new kinds
little baby spinaches
cool green cucumbers
fresh herbs
sweet green peas
lima beans and green soy beans

Do you have anything that would be fun to grow, and sell .... just for dream's sake? If you would like this for a business idea for yourself, please feel free to use it ... with my blessings ....

Peace & Love
LPM

Look fo info at libraries internet and courses at Community Centre(comm cent is how I became aware) I think fresh herbs, sprouts, specialty stuff like wheatgrass would be way to go. I know of fellow who picks fern and other particular shoots in the woods to sell to florist shops and makes 5-600 a week on three days/wk, 2 picking one selling

Don't forget grape tomatoes and orange or red peppers if you want to make $$. These items are more expensive than their counterparts.
