Three days ago we just got our new mattress it is a pillow top, now we have been sleeping on a waterbed for 22+ years, I did sweat alittle in that but on this mattress, I am like a 500 degree oven, when I first go to bed I am so cold (use to the heat in the waterbed) but if I wake up like 2 hours after I have gotten to sleep, someone had turned on the oven, is it the pillow top? A couple of people said it might be, but I am not sure what to do, I don't think I can exchange the pillow top for one that isn't...any suggestions? Thank you.

Personally, I like walking through the bread section in a grocery store or waking up to the smell of coffee and/or breakfast.

Has anyone ever used a Mouse Mover Ultrasonic Rodent Deterrent from Sharper Image? It emits a high pitched noise that plugs into the wall that is supposedly pet and human friendly but repels rodents. I already have a cat (he's getting so used to seeing them that he basically ignores them), I have set up glue traps but haven't caught any and sealed up my house but I still found one in my BED this morning. I have done what ever possible to remove the food sources as well!
So any ideas would be great and any feedback about the noise deterrent.
Thanks

what damage can it do to plumb into hot water, if it takes quite a while for the water to be hot from the source, and the element in the dishwasher is sealed.

I live in zone 9b and I'd like to add a four foot azalea hedge to my landscape. Dense leaves and multi-season blooming would be a plus.

I am a writer working on a story about straw bale houses. I already wrote an article using locals who have built straw bale houses, but I need people in other parts of the US in order to submit to national magazines. If you've built a straw bale house, can you tell me why you chose to build a "green" house and did you build it yourself? If so, how long did it take you?
