When I plugged in a heating unit the circuit breaker flipped off. It will not stay on anymore; it keeps flipping back to off. I have tried to remove it, but couldn't. I'm assuming that the circuit breaker blew and needs to be replaced because says to only replace circuits with circuits made by the same company that made it. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

Over the top, freely hanging in the wind. Or over the top toward the wall, clinging to it.

Single, no kids, no pets at this time.

every time I go to loo in my house either my hubby or son has the floor soaked, the seat either dribbled on or left up,no amount of asking them to stop it works,Is it maybe an animal thing like marking their territory? If anyone knows why males do this it would be interesting,I need a cure for it or I am going to get revenge by peeing in their cars

How easy is it to sell a house when not in the country? I spoke to a local estate agent about it. He said it is quite easy, the estate agent and solicitor will sort everything out as long as I sign certain forms/paperwork. Is it really that easy? I assume there will extra costs involved.

I've tried good old-fashioned elbow grease, and scrubbing with a scourer. Also soaking overnight in dish-washing liquid and water. It gets a small amount off but doesn't do the job properly. Any suggestions? The pan cost me a small fortune, so I don't want to throw it away without a fight!

I have a laundry drain from the back of my washer that is draining slowly and spilling on the floor. I was going to use Drano gel on it and Drano foamer, but a friend told me that her Dad is plumber and does not recommend using that type of thing because it may clear it to start with, but will congeal and form a new clog later on. Has anyone heard of this or anything else like it? Have you had success or failure with these products? Thanks!

Found two very small rats or mice in house. live near a river. never any sign of rodents before. thought they were dead but when i picked them up they moved. very wet weather currently. dont know if they came in on their own(mice) or were brought in by mother (baby rats) due to bad weather or whether neighbour poisioning them. one was on the stairs the other on the downstairs toilet floor. is it likely a mother rat would bring its babies in and run off when disturbed?
also need suggestions as to how to prevent more or deal with others that are there. does the sonic repellant work?

I mean like when it's winter I want tons of snow and really cold temps and no rain. When it's fall I want beautiful fall color everywhere. When it's summer I don't want it to get much hotter than 85 and not lower than 80 with the occasional awesome thunderstorm. When it's spring I want it to stay around 60-65 and not rain all day every day. Does this place exist or is this on the Walgreen's "a town called perfect" commercials? I hate everything staying the same all year. I love the change of season.
