For the tiles, try 1 cup ammonia, 1 cup vinegar, and one half cup washing soda in a bucket with warm water. Wash down and rinse well. You might want to wear gloves for this. Read the label on the ammonia bottle - they usually have solutions also.
For the Grout, use toothpaste and an old toothbrush. If the grout is really bad, try bleach with the toothbrush (my favorite).
For the sink, just put some household bleach on a cloth and rub. Rinse well. I use Ajax mostly, but bleach every so often helps to brighten it up.

I use my normal cleaning fluids for the bathroom, including the taps. But then, I dry all the bathroom with a dry towel and polish the taps. If you dont dry the bath etc, it will look dull because the residue of water left behind leaves marks. This builds up over a period of time and you then have limescale. So the secret is, to dry

use clorox or bleach for bathroom tiles bt jus keep it for 10-15 minutes as it will not spoil ur tiles. For sick, use some bathroom liquid soap and wash evertime u use it and it will shine too...

Whatever cleaner you use, do it at least once a week. Also, make sure to wipe up any water that may splash around. When it dries, it will leave unsightly water spots.
