If you have bug*ered the alan key insert hole, cut a slot across the head and use a regular screwdriver, and afterwards replace the screw with a new screw.
If its just to get around using an allen key then frankly you are either not qualified to remove the screw for amongst others safety reasons.
These are amongst the type of engineering grade that are used to deter access to certain equipment, therefore you have to ask yourself if you are competent to continue.

Use a pair of vice grips to grab it. With them biting into the lower edges of the screw it can often be turned. If the vice grips can't bite into the rounded head - use a flat file and file 2 of the sides flat so that the vice grips have a surface to grab onto. If that doesn't work - drill a hole in the top of the screw and use an 'easy out' reverse direction threaded bit to back the screw out either all the way or until the vice grips can grab the edge and continue removing it.

If you havent got an alan key to fit it the only viable alternative is to drill it out, takes a while and can cause damage if you dont get the size right but wihtout the right tools its the only way.

If you can get a Dremal you can cut a slot across the top, for a regular slotted screwdriver. Or you might try filling the bad hole with epoxy metal and let it harden with a Allen stuck in it. Or you might drill a hole through the center and use a tool called an "EASY OUT" to remove the remainder.

Use an Allen key or Allen wrench. Sometimes if they become rounded, a Torx bit of a slightly larger size will work.

A whole set of Allen Keys are pretty cheap to buy. Wickes, Homebase, etc sell them.

One way or another you're going to have to have some kind of tools to get it out if it's stripped out. You can use some locking pliers to get a grip on it and turn it or you could cut a line through the middle of it and use a flathead to get it out.
