I mean like when it's winter I want tons of snow and really cold temps and no rain. When it's fall I want beautiful fall color everywhere. When it's summer I don't want it to get much hotter than 85 and not lower than 80 with the occasional awesome thunderstorm. When it's spring I want it to stay around 60-65 and not rain all day every day. Does this place exist or is this on the Walgreen's "a town called perfect" commercials? I hate everything staying the same all year. I love the change of season.

I think you may be asking for too much.

Personally I live in Kentucky and I've never been anywhere else so I can't compare. But as far the weather, it definately changes.

The winters vary, sometimes we get 10 feet of snow, some years we only get a dusting of snow.

The springs don't include a ton of rain. Its a normal amount to me because I don't know anything else. We don't have monsoons but we don't have long dry spells either.

The summers aren't that bad. It usually never gets more than in the 90s in the hottest parts. But I live near a big lake so summers with water can be fun. Kentucky actually has more coastline that any other state, according to a commercial I heard from Kentucky tourism.

And our falls are nice too. The leaves change and its pretty.

We get thunderstorms sometimes. And the only real natural disaster you have to worry about it tornados. No earthquakes, tsunamis, or things like that. But I haven't seen a tornado in 20 years so I'm not too worried.

I don't know of any place that has ALL those things. I live near Seattle, and if you're willing to deal with only occasional snow, it's gorgeous here. We get a lot of rain, but it's seldom REALLY cold or REALLY hot. Plant growth here is lush thanks to all the rain. We have beautiful fall color, and gorgeous spring flowers; summer is brief and mild. The mountains are close by if you want snow, and the ocean isn't too far away if you prefer the sea.
