In addition to some of the very good advice you've already received about cleaning and deodorizing the oven after you've done with your cooking; consider also what you might like to do during the cooking process:
1. Bake your fish with slices of onion and lemmon on top ( of the fish). Not only does your kitchen smell better but your fish will be too, and better tasting.
2. Run the kitchen exhaust fan during the baking time and for a while thereafter. If you can, also open your kitchen window, even if only slightly (it'll help the exhaust fan too...)
3. Light some aromatic candles in your kitchen and throughout the house/apartment. They'll neutralize the cooking smell and give your place a cozy atmosphere. Be careful of fire hazards though.

Get a oven proof bowl add 2 cut lemons and 1 orange and turn oven on very low and leave for about 2 hours do this after cleaning the oven with oven cleaner. I do this for the microwave as well. It gets rid of all nasty smells

Dilute bleach should do the job, use rubber gloves and a foam pad' to wipe the inside of the oven and shelves ,then heat up the oven for a short while.
Dilute bleach also works for cutlery that has a fishy smell, but do not soak overnight as this may damage the metal surface.

After cleaning your oven in the usual manner, making sure all the dirt is out, try an oven proof dish filled with water, slices of lemon and blast the oven up real high till there is lots of steam. I hope it works, its the same priciple that you would use to clean a microwave.

If you've already cleaned it really well, rub lemon over all the surfaces available, leave the oven open to air out for as long as you can (preferably over night) then sprinkle cinnamon on the bottom of the oven and put it on.

All you should have to do is get some type of oven cleaner and spray one thin layer in it. Let it sit for about 10 minutes then wipe completely clean with a wet rag. Make sure you wear some type of gloves to protect your hands.

I would say a heavy duty oven cleaner should do it.What kind of fish did you cook that it smells that bad?Next time soak your fish in milk before cooking it.It takes the stink away

Lemon juice or baking soda.
Also a good odour neutraliser is onion. Cut an onion into halves and place them in the oven over night.

Bicarbonate of soda mixed with water. Works great with fridges too as it gets rid of the smell but doesnt have perfumes like shop bought cleaners do. You can buy from chemist or supermarket as you can use for baking too
