I am about to purchase a micro fiber-suede sectional and in a beige color. Well, the store wants to charge me $150 to get the fabric protector. I would rather buy something else with that money. I would like to know if I can buy something over the counter to protect it without ruining it if I apply it myself. Has anyone used some kind of protector and with what results? Good or bad? Please help, thank you!!

Does anyone know where in california (mainly the bay area) where i can plant my christmas tree? I bought the tree in a pot with its roots still there. It is a living tree. I would feel bad if i had to throw it away.=( Do u know any organizations that i can take it to? Please help me. Thanks a bunch *-*

Ok here is the question i have something in my air vents i unscrewed one were i hear the noise and put a lil can down there with Boric Acid and peanut butter mixed will this help get rid of them or will the rats or whatever it is even touch it , also will it do any harm to us when we turn the air on

I hired an Air Conditioning contractor to install an upgraded AC unit.
I paid half before the work was done, and I paid the remainder once the unit was installed. The unit that was installed is not the one that I ordered. I notified the contractor of this and also placed a stop payment on the remainder check. Today I arrived home to find the AC unit removed from my house. My question is: Who has ownership of this unit? Is this a criminal matter of theft or a civil matter of property ownership. I live in Broward County, Florida

Only reason i ask is that ours is very grubby with various stains and being a smoker my side is not very nice looking at all,i hate to see it when i change the covers.Is a very good mattress so apart from stains no need to buy a new one.So does turning affect the way its supposed to be slept on?

I was wondering if there was something i could use to clean the marble with, maybe vinegar and water or something. I doubt murphy's oil soap will work on marble...or will it? I need something that will disenfect and shine. Even if it's a two step process that's fine. I don't want to hire someone either.
